JP3 Advisory Group is an active principal in real estate investment and development. Our group brings over 40 years of real estate experience across numerous projects, ranging from fix and flip, ground-up construction, residential and multi-family acquisitions, commercial and mixed-use properties, land acquisition and entitlement, and value-add repositioning.
With offices in Philadelphia, South New Jersey, and Palm Beach County, Florida, our activities have spanned multiple markets including Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Anguilla BWI, and other domestic and international jurisdictions.
We evaluate and acquire opportunities directly, with investments held through our subsidiaries and structured partnerships. Our focus is disciplined analysis, risk management, and building long-term value for our investors and partners.
